GUNS N' ROSES Guitarist BUMBLEFOOT Interviewed On 'Mars Attacks' Podcast
July 31, 2010For episode 15 of the "Mars Attacks" podcast, host Victor M. Ruiz conducted an interview with GUNS N' ROSES guitarist Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal. Ron discussed the differences between recording and touring with GN'R as opposed to his solo work, being compared to past members of the band, the re-release of "The Adventures Of Bumblefoot", and his work with multiple sclerosis research, among other things.

GUNS N' ROSES will make its first U.S. concert appearance in four years and only one of 2010 when it headlines the fifth and final night of the Rock 'N Rev Festival at the 70th annual Sturgis Bike Rally in Sturgis, South Dakota on Friday, August 13. GUNS N' ROSES will be joined on the bill that evening by original headliner ALICE IN CHAINS, REV THEORY and CHARM CITY DEVILS.
Also newly announced for the festival is DAUGHTRY, who will appear on Thursday night (August 12) right between HINDER and that night's headliner, 3 DOORS DOWN.
Other acts confirmed to appear include Monday night (August 9) headliners GODSMACK, Tuesday night (August 10) toppers CREED and Wednesday night's (August 11) showclosers, STONE TEMPLE PILOTS.
Also performing will be THREE DAYS GRACE, HELLYEAH, CAGE THE ELEPHANT, SKILLET, WOLFMOTHER, THE EAGLES OF DEATH METAL and more.
Tickets for the Rock 'N Rev Festival are $45 per day or $150 for a five-day pass and are on sale now through Ticketmaster or the festival web site.
GUNS N' ROSES last toured the U.S. in 2006, and has not played any American shows since the November 2008 release of its "Chinese Democracy" album.
